Our family and friends are very important to us. Our home is the gathering place for the holidays, birthdays and parties. We are both very fortunate to have loving and supportive families and a large group of friends who are excited that we have made the decision to adopt. Our parents cannot wait to spoil another grandchild! Nancy’s has two older brothers, one of which is adopted Her entire family lives within two hours of Sonoma and gets together for the holidays, birthdays, camping or just because. Steve’s family is spread out across the country. He has three sisters and one brother. We make it a point of getting together with his family at least once a year. Together we have 3 nephews, 7 nieces, 2 grand-nephews and 2 grand-nieces. We want to instill a strong sense of family in our child. We will always be open and honest about our child’s history. We want you to know that whatever degree of involvement is comfortable for you, your child will always know how important and special you are and that you will be a part of our family. We love to have spur-of-the-moment parties with our friends and family. Since we both love to cook, we often go overboard. Once that happens, a party is just a phone call away. Our neighbors just love when we get a little crazy in the kitchen. We also love to go for rides on the weekend, never knowing where we will end up. It could be at the beach or in San Francisco taking in all the sites along the way. We just love being together and enjoying the sites and activities of Northern California.
